The WeightWatchers Body Fat Electronic Scale is a highly precise body-weight management tool. It monitors more than just your weight - it tracks your body fat using highly advanced instruments. Tap-on activation. This electronic scale will weigh up to 330 pounds (150 kilograms), plus measures body fat via bio-impedance technology. In other words, when the user stands barefoot on the two transmitters, a safe, low-level electrical current is sent through the body. The current flows through muscle and fat at different speeds. The total speed is calculated along with the user's age, height, and gender to produce a percentage of body fat. Up to ten different users can program in their personal data on this scale. With single load cell technology and precision strain gauges, the scale accurately weighs in 0.2-pound (0.1-kilogram) increments. Very lightweight and slim in profile, the scale is constructed of sturdy, impact-resistant plastic, and measures 12-1/2 by 12 by 1-3/4 inches. A lifetime 3-volt lithium battery is included.
