This CD-BTB200 is designed to work only with Pioneer Bluetooth Adapter Ready Navigation systems, AV Receivers and CD Players. Bluetooth Wireless Technology allows these Pioneer headunits to communicate automatically with and treat most compatible cellular phones as source devices within a given range. Simply set up a user ID, and you can make and take calls, use call waiting, talk, and hang up- all while your phone remains in your bag, purse or pocket. Bluetooth wireless technology also allows you to place and receive calls through the head-unit using voice-recognition dialing. The included microphone eliminates the need for an additional hands-free kit installation. The result is the optimum in both convenience and driving safety. In addition, the CD-BTB200 may be used with many Pioneer "IP-Bus" systems using External Control. Features and Operation are limited, however; consult the owner's manual for more details. *Some functions may be limited using the CD-BTB200 with this model. See Owner's Manual for details. Bluetooth functionality requires a Bluetooth-enabled Pioneer system and a compatible Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone. Optional Pioneer Bluetooth adapter (CD-BTB200 or ND-BT1) may be required, see product page for more details. Certain Bluetooth features may not be supported by all compatible Bluetooth-enabled devices, and/or the functionality of such features may be limited in certain devices or by certain wireless carriers. Some Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones may not be fully compatible with (and certain features/functionality may be limited with) a Bluetooth-enabled Pioneer system.
